From the architectural level, the underlying layer integrates cutting-edge technologies to build a solid AI technology foundation. The PIS system integrates advertisements with subway operation information, and each piece of information occupies a small proportion of the screen, which makes it difficult for the review system to identify. When the original video of the advertisement is reviewed separately, the illegal content can be identified, but after being embedded in the large screen, the proportion of illegal information becomes smaller, resulting in inaccurate recognition and the risk of missed judgment.

To overcome this problem, Shanghai's "AI+ (Joint) Innovation Studio" co-created a "screen cropping and review solution". Based on this solution, the system divides the screen into two parts, the left side is the video content, and the right side is the subway operation information, and performs recognition and review separately, thereby significantly improving the recognition accuracy and providing a stronger guarantee for the content security of the PIS system of Shanghai Shentong Metro Group.

After several months of close cooperation, the joint studio successfully built and launched the "PIS system content review system based on AI technology". The system can obtain the original video stream in the PIS system in real time, accurately detect bad content in the screen, such as pornography, politics, violence, terrorism, insults , etc., to ensure the positive impact of information dissemination. Once unsafe content is found, the system will quickly respond to different levels of operations, including direct fuses and alarms, according to the suspected degree of illegal content. The overall response speed is within 5-10 seconds, which effectively solves the problems of large workload of manual review, subjective judgment criteria, and slow response speed.
In addition, the system has completed comprehensive domestic adaptation, including application layer code, GPU, CPU operating system database, etc., avoiding external restrictions and sanctions in key technology fields and ensuring national security and economic development.
